The Institute of Banking Studies (IBS), through the Jordan FinTech Academy (FTA Jordan), intends to launch a national initiative for training with the goal of employment in the field of financial technology and innovation. This will be achieved by offering a specialized training program fully funded by one of our donor partners. The program targets university and college graduates as well as job seekers, aiming to develop their skills in fintech and financial innovation, enabling them to compete effectively in a job market that increasingly demands expertise in these areas. The initiative also seeks to enhance their employment prospects in the banking and financial sectors or empower them to develop their own projects to generate sustainable income.

This program aligns with the Academy’s vision and strategic goals, responding to the evolving needs of the labor market and equipping participants with the knowledge and practical skills required by financial institutions and banks.

Requirements for the applicant:
• Must be a Jordanian citizen
• At least eighteen years of age
• Free from illnesses and mental conditions that would prevent them from performing their assigned duties and that do not conflict with public health safety
• Not have been convicted of a felony or offense involving dishonesty or dishonesty
• Must have a PhD in at least one of the information technology specialties, be unemployed, and be under 30 years of age.
• Must have a prevalence rate of at least 75% in the latest wide-ranging selection.
• Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Must have paid the military service fees or have been exempted or exempted from them.
